Home page(s)

For most entities, a website is today a given. A home page can inform potential customers about what they can get, and existing customers can get information about goods and services that they are using today, or that they could make use of.

Nidelven IT has since 2002 delivered web solutions, everything from small personal home pages and up to million kroner (NOK) projects. One can get a simple homepage for a couple of hundred euros or dollars, and then scale up from there, up to large multi-million NOK projects.

Earlier Nidelven IT has amongst others, delivered a larger solution to The Norwegian Association of the Blind and Partially Sighted, where public web pages where combined with an intranet for employees and people active in that organization, as well as pages for members. This is the largest project Nidelven IT has worked on, and after some years they decided to take development and hosting in house, something they were free to do as they got the source code Nidelven IT developed under the GPL, an open source code license.
