Update on connectivity issues
Here's an update on the connectivity issues. Everything is running fine now, and have been since a fix was made for the issue.We're still waiting on a report from the responsible people on this issue, and there will be a proper explanation of what happened.
We've operated as a company for 8 years now, and have not experienced something like this before. Companies many, many times bigger than us have had problems like this, and it is something that can happen.
We offer good value hosting packages, so it is not a cost/quality issue, simply that things can go very wrong for anyone, including us.
